Orders

Yes! Phoenix Beauty online store is part of Phoenix Beauty Group, which has been trading since 2006 with 17 stores across Sydney. We are an authorised retailer of all listed brands and we guarantee everything we sell is authentic.

A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order is shipped.

Most of the time, yes. Please email orders@phoenixbeautylux.com.auwith your order number within 24 hours of your purchase and we will do our best to help you with your request.

Delivery

We ship from Chester Hill, NSW 2162

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Standard delivery is $10 flat rate or free when you spend over $99. Express delivery is $15 on all orders.

All orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days, plus 1-8 business days on the road depending on the delivery option.

Dispatch may take longer due to the Christmas shopping rush.

Unfortunately we only ship within Australia at this time.

We do not offer click & collect at this stage but we are working on it, stay tuned!

If you haven’t received your order within reasonable time frame or believe that your order is lost, please contact orders@phoenixbeautylux.com.auwith your order number and we will look into it for you.

Returns & exchanges

Phoenix Beauty stores are unable to process refunds for online store purchases, however, you can exchange your purchases in-store within 14 days from when you receive your order.

Your satisfaction is our priority here at Phoenix Beauty. We assess every product carefully before dispatching. On rare occasions, accidents do happen. Please contact orders@phoenixbeautylux.com.au if you have received a faulty or damaged product and we will refund or exchange for you with free return shipping.

Email orders@phoenixbeautylux.com.auwith your invoice and clearly indicate your order number and the products you wish to return.

You will need to cover the return postage if you have changed your mind on your purchase. However, if the items are faulty or damaged, we will cover the return postage.
